Venezia and Venezia is a family owned and operated law firm providing expert legal advice with an intimate friendly and down to earth approach. The Firm was started by Attorney Jerry Venezia in 1989 after retiring from fifteen years of service with the Massachusetts State Police and the Massachusetts State Racing Commission. In January of 2013 Attorney Venezia’s son, Matt Venezia joined him in his practice as a partner. Matt graduated from Suffolk University Law School in 2010 and passed both the Massachusetts and New Hampshire Bar exams.

"Gerry was my right hand man in working towards an equitable divorce. He was great in court when we had to be there, and was equally great dealing with the opposing attorney trying to resolve issues. That was true both in 4-way meetings and when calling/writing on my behalf. His only drawback is he is a little old fashioned. He does not regularly use email. He tends to use fax and snail mail. While that may seem old-fashioned, so is the Probate system. The other thing that is old fashioned is decidedly positive, he answers his own phone. When you do leave a message, he is the one that calls you back.His fees were very reasonable, I spent less than half what my ex did, and Gerry drafted most of our decree."
